Can't let it go
I wrote yesterday about sailing in the Etchells New England Championship. I've been thinking about it all week. I cleaned out my car (finally) today, and down at the bottom was my PFD and sailing shoes. I just stood there holding them for a minute thinking about how cold the water was, how fast we went down wind, how good it felt to finish second and third with some of the best sailors in New England.
I'm looking forward (really!) to cleaning the yard tomorrow, and fishing on Sunday, maybe helping Don with his barn. But I do miss the sailing in Casco bay...
