It could be a killer
My record on this sort of thing is pretty bad (read: haven't gotten it right yet), but I think AllPeers are onto a really great idea: integrating file sharing with your web browser. Mind you, I'm decidedly not in favor of sharing copyrighted material, but there's so much digital content out there I would like to share, and don't really want to go to all the trouble of making up a web page to point to it, let alone manage it.
We'll see - it'll be out soon.
