Slowly But Surely

I rowed 10K on the erg today and pulled just under 2:30 with an average heart rate of 160, which is 5 beats lower than when I did this exact workout two weeks ago. Really, really sore from lifting yesterday, although I still plan on lifting again tomorrow. I can't tell if I'm hurting my body or helping it...
