Uninspired

I find it important to note that I have currently been uninspired to make different meals. I'm tired of rice and pasta, and working with the kitchen I have is getting rather frustrating (I took some pictures last night and will post them when I get the chance...). I went to Tyger Valley today and bought lots of bread and eggs, so it looks as though this week will be rather lacking in culinary adventure. Oh well.

Do you know what is really delicious? A fried egg on a piece of bread. Salt and pepper help too. So if you have bread and eggs, you could make that. And if you have cheese, well that just makes for a delightful culinary experience.

Don't fret about your lack of inspiration. It's normal to have a low swing.

Diana's suggestion is a good one - my variation is to cut a couple slices of onion, saute that and then crack an egg on top. A piece of toast rounds it out.

Hang in there kid - life has a wonderful way of looking up shortly.
