Jazz
I love jazz. In fact, I could listen to it all day long if the professors didn't insist on giving lectures. I think that Dave Brubeck is the only thing pulling me through this chem hw....wait....i'm not doing chem now...i'm writing on my blog....ok, scratch that. Well, at least I'm enjoying myself (and procrastonating at the same time - i am so good at multitasking! I should get a degree in it). I would like to say that after I hit "save" i'll return to chem, but the truth is that it's just that time of day in that time of week, when the pressure is not quite on yet (most of my work due is at the end of the week). Therefore, I would be much happier taking a nap right now. Oooo, a nap and jazz, that's a very good combonation, much better than chemistry ;) hmmmm....decisions, decisions....I know that if I start my homework, i will probably feel good about myself. Yet if i take a nap, i'd feel good at the time. There is no garuntee that I'll actually be productive if i start my work - look at me now, i tried to start two hours ago! Yet again, there is no garuntee that after my nap I'll jump out of bed and start studying....hmmmm. ok, a 20 min nap it is :D
Zzzzzzz

I use to think that I loved Jazz because of some memory of when I was a kid - later I thought it was just some fanciful association with "coolness", and then I listened to Burbeck over and over – it never gets old. I think it’s called “music”. There are other fantastic Jazz artists, and Dave Brubeck isn’t perfect. But if he’s all you know, it’s not so bad…

Oh - BTW, get to work! We're not paying all that money for you to nap ;-).

Yea! It must be heredity - I too like jazz - especially New Orleans jazz. I learned to enjoy jazz while at college - mostly during my time doing calculus homework. That's when there was a radio program (those fancy i-pods hadn't been invented yet) that featured New Orleans jazz.
Oh yeah - get back to work - none of this napping.
