Breakfast of Champions
Recipe: German Pancake
Ingredients:
6 tbsp Butter or Margarine
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
Powdered Sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425F. Melt butter in 13x9x2" pan.
- Mix eggs, milk, flour and salt just enough to blend. Batter will be lumpy, do not over mix.
- Pour batter into hot butter and bake 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Serve with jelly, marmalade or syrup.
